Home-made mayonnaise


Milk — 150 ml
Rast. oil — 300 ml
Mustard — 1 tbsp.
Lemon juice — 2-3 tablespoons.
Salt — 1 tsp. (or to taste)


1. Milk and butter should be the same room temperature! Pour milk and butter into a beaker for whipping.

2. Beat blender for 1 minute (at the highest speed). Add salt, lemon juice (you can vinegar), mustard, etc., to taste, again to shake.

3. All! You will receive 0.5 liters of tasty, useful, harmless homemade mayonnaise! You can store it in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.

A few important points:
— Vegetable oil should be neutral taste, but be sure to contain a portion of the olive oil. You can use pure olive oil, if you like.
— Mustard should be taken with a mild and without taste of bitterness.
