Homemade candy grillage

The recipe is very simple:

350g of sugar,
100 g of water,
140 g of nuts,
1hour. Lemon juice

Nuts fry and grind in a blender in not too small grits. Sift on a sieve so that the smallest crumb is poured (it is not needed). Before adding to the syrup, the nuts will need to be heated, this can be done in a microwave (2minutes). For the syrup, mix the sugar and water, bring to a boil with stirring. Cook on medium heat until you taste caramel (it should break).

After 5 minutes from the beginning of the boil, add a teaspoon of lemon juice.
I take about 10-15 minutes to cook.

The finished caramel is fragile when it cools down, crunches and does not stick to the teeth.
In the caramel pour hot nuts and mix quickly. Pour it on oiled baking paper to cool. Cooled grill well breaks.
