Chips WITHOUT OIL AND WITHOUT SALT !!!! Very tasty !!!! But, if desired, you can add spices and salt. Pleases that the child can be given without fear Yes, and crunch! And it is desirable to use immediately!

Ingredients:

Potatoes (medium) — 2-3 pcs.
Spices (optional)
Salt (optional)

Preparation:

Wash the potatoes with a brush, and peel or not, decide for yourself.
Cut the mugs or slices as thin as possible — it is most convenient to do this with a slicer or a special grater with a holder for the product, which the cooks call «mandolin.» (I had an ordinary vegetable peeler.)
On paper for baking (parchment) put in one layer slices of potatoes.

If desired, you can salt, add spices to your taste !!!
I cooked with spices and without — and EVEN WITHOUT SALT very delicious!
Turn on the microwave at 700 watts, cook for 3-5 minutes. It all depends on your microwave !!!!!
As soon as you see that the surface of the slices has become slightly brown, immediately remove and shift onto paper towels.

But not before, otherwise the chips will not crunch.
Repeat this procedure until the potatoes run out.
