Homemade Pancho Cake


— 6 eggs
— 2 cups of sugar
— 1 tsp. soda
4 tbsp. cocoa
— 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
— 1 glass of walnuts
— 700 g of sour cream
— 250 g of flour
— 1/2 tiles of dark chocolate.

Cooking method:

1. Separate the proteins from the yolks. Proteins beat in a strong foam (10 minutes mixer).
