Hot lavash appetizer

This unusual crispy snack from lavash will please you with its taste, and especially those who are not indifferent to chebureks.


— 6 thin lavash
— 200 g chicken ventricles
— 200 g of chicken hearts
— 150 grams of hard cheese
— 2 eggs
— green onions
— dill
— pepper, salt
— vegetable oil for roasting

We boil the ventricles and hearts and crush them in a blender.

Dill and onion grind with a knife and add to the giblets.

Using a fine grater, rub cheese, mix it with other ingredients, add yolks, salt, pepper and mix well.

The filling is ready. Now cut the pita bread into the triangles, put the filling on the edge of the pita bread and wrap it in the form of «cigars», lubricating the tips with protein.

Fry them in vegetable oil. After frying, put the «cigars» on a napkin to remove excess fat.

Crunchy handsome men ready!

Serve with sour cream.
