Hot Port with Prunes and Orange

Amount: 2 portions


Port — 400 ml
Orange — 1 pc.
Prunes — 10 pieces.
Pepper fragrant — 6 peas


1. Prune the prunes with wine and leave to infuse for 30 minutes.
Add pepper and orange peel to the wine. (Fragrant pepper can be preheated in a dry frying pan). Turn the wine over low heat to almost boil.
2. Remove from heat, add freshly squeezed orange juice, stir.
Pour into warmed glasses or glasses. Serve with a few pieces of prunes in a glass.
