How delicious to cook buckwheat


75 g buckwheat groats
25 g onion (onion or shallot)
5 grams of garlic
20 g vegetable oil
About 300-400 g vegetable broth
65 g ceps
50 g champignons
5 g herbs (dill, parsley)
1 sprig of red currant (for decoration)

How to cook buckwheat:

Advice! White mushrooms are better to boil beforehand.
1. Finely chop the onion. Cut champignons. Cut the white mushrooms. Slice the greens.

2. Onion with a vegetable oil frying pan.

3. Add finely chopped garlic. Fry, stirring, 2-3 minutes.

4. Pour in the dry buckwheat.

5. Combine all together, stirring, for about 5 minutes.

6. Salt to taste, in portions, letting buckwheat, pour in vegetable broth.

7. First pour 100 ml of broth, evaporate it completely, add another 100 ml and also evaporate. And so on until the buckwheat is ready. Buckwheat should turn out friable.

8. Pour vegetable oil on another pan, add champignons.

9. Add the white mushrooms. Fry on high heat, stirring, until a ruddy brown.

10. Finished mushrooms add to buckwheat.

11. Add chopped greens, salt and pepper to taste. Mix. To spread out on plates.

12. Decorate with a sprig of dill. And red currants.

Buckwheat with porcini mushrooms and mushrooms is ready!
