How to cook a hot snack


— 1 kg of chicken meat
— 2 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce
— 100 grams of tomato paste
— 100 g of mayonnaise
— 4 cloves of garlic
— salt pepper
— vegetable oil for frying


1. Divide the chicken into portions, wash and dry.
2. Transfer the pieces to the dishes with the marinating cap.
3. Add soy sauce, tomato paste, mayonnaise to chicken, squeeze out garlic, salt and pepper.
4. Stir well with chicken and place in the refrigerator, after 15-20 minutes, repeat the mixing.
5. After 1 hour, add wheat flour until the marinade has a consistency, like a batter batter. All mix well.
The whole marinate in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
6. Before frying the pickled meat is mixed well again.
7. Grease the baking tray with vegetable oil, lay the pickled chicken pieces and bake at 200 g. From about 40 minutes.
Snack served on the table hot.
