How to cook a pie with lemon


— margarine — 250 g
— sugar — 3 tbsp. l. + glass (for filling)
— eggs — 1-2 pcs.
— sour cream — 0,5 cups
— flour
— salt
— soda — ½ tsp.
— lemon — 1 pc.


1. Margarine melt, add sugar, eggs, sour cream, salt and soda (extinguish). Add the flour and knead the dough so thick that it can be rolled out.

2. Prepare the filling. Lemon pour boiling water and let stand for 15 minutes. Pass through the meat grinder, along with the zest, and mix with a glass of sugar.

3. Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll it out. One layer of the dough is put in a baking dish, making skirts so that the filling does not leak out.

4. Lay out the lemon filling, cover with a second layer of dough and snap around the edges.

5. Bake the cake until cooked.
