How to Cook Apple Pancakes

Ingredients:

Large apples — 3-4 pcs.
Sugar — 3 tablespoons
Vanillin
Soda at the tip of the knife
Egg — 2 pieces
A pinch of salt
Butter for frying

Preparation:

1. My apples
2. Cut the skin (although if not very stiff, you can leave it) and rub it on a large grater or in a blender. Mix with sugar and eggs. Next, add vanilla sugar and soda with flour.
3. The flour should be added gradually, bringing the dough to the consistency of thick sour cream. Warm up the scoop, but not too much. Pancakes should not burn and should be well roasted.
4. Fry the cream or vegetable oil small fritters (you can put a dough with a tablespoon).
5. Hot apple pancakes with honey are served.
