How to Cook Kurnik

Ingredients:

— Ready-made dough — 0,5 kg.
— Butter — 7 tbsp. l.
— Egg -4-5 pieces.
— Sour cream — 2 tbsp. l.
— Milk — 1 glass.
— Salt
— Pic — 1/4 glass.
— Chicken — 500
— Mushrooms — 0,5 kg.

Preparation:

First I make the stuffing.
I always take products by eye, despite the recipe. Prepare the chicken mince: cook the meat until ready and cut into small pieces.

For mushroom stuffing mushrooms cut into slices, fry in oil with onions and season with sour cream (this is mandatory, the pie will be juicier)

For rice minced boil the rice, add to the chopped boiled egg, greens, oil, salt and mix. Bake 6 pancakes.
The finished dough is divided into 2 parts. The first part roll out and put on a greased form. Top the pancake. On it rice with an egg, we cover with a pancake, meat, we cover with a pancake, mushrooms, we cover with a pancake, again rice, etc., until the filling is finished.

Roll out 2 parts of the dough, cover the pie, protect the edges, grease the egg and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes. And yet, I smeared the meat layer with ketchup, and in rice added a little mayonnaise, the pie turns out juicier and tastier!
