How to cook meat in French

The recipe for cooking a popular meat dish using chicken minced meat. In fact, we cook the same meat in French, but instead of chop meat we use chicken mince. Delicious!

Ingredients:

Stuffing chicken — 300 Grams
Champignons — 500 Grams
Bulb — 2-3 pieces
Cheese — 300 Grams
Potatoes — 3-5 pieces
Salt, pepper — — To taste Number of servings: 3-4

Preparation:

Onions are cleaned, cut into thin rings and spread on a lightly oiled baking sheet.

Potatoes are cleaned, cut into thin slices and put on onions.

Potatoes salt and pepper, lay on it a layer of minced meat. Solim, pepper again.

We put finely chopped mushrooms on minced meat. Finally, from above, we cover everything with grated cheese and grease with mayonnaise.

Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
