How to cook mushrooms


-2 medium beets
-1 1/2 cup mushrooms, peel and finely chop
-1 large potatoes
-1 medium bulb
-2 eggs (protein)
-1/2 cup of biscuits
-1 1/3 teaspoon turmeric powder
-1/3 teaspoon (depending on the sharpness) of pepper
-Salt to taste


Boil potatoes with peel, peel and mash. Grate beet or grind in a food processor. In the same way, peel and chop mushrooms.

Cut onion and fry in vegetable oil. Add grated beets and fry between two and three minutes. Then add chopped mushrooms and continue frying until all the mushroom liquid has evaporated. Add the chopped potatoes and fry for another minute, reducing the heat.

Salt and form cutlets. Beat egg whites and dab the cutlets first in egg white, then in breadcrumbs. Fry cutlets in hot oil on both sides until golden brown.
