Hungarian goulash home


Beef — 2.2 kg
Onion — 900 g
Vegetable oil — 60 ml
Hungarian paprika — 4 tbsp. l.
Garlic — 3 cloves
Seeds of cumin — 2 ml
Black pepper — 2 ml
Salt — to taste
White broth — 1 l
Tomato paste — 120 g


1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Finely chop the onions and garlic.

3. Heat the saucepan with a thick bottom, pour in the oil, fry the onion until light golden.

4. Add garlic, paprika, salt, pepper and cumin seeds to the onions.

5. Mix well.

6. Mix the broth and tomato paste, add to the pan. Stir well.

7. Let it boil. Reduce heat to a minimum.

8. Add the meat. Cook, without covering the lid, about 1-1.5 hours, until the meat is tender and tender.

9. Everything! Very satisfying and tasty goulash is ready!
