Italian cookies with jam


● 100 g of margarine;
● 2.5 cups of flour;
● 1 egg;
● 0.5 cups of sugar;
● 0, 5 cups of any jam;
● 0.5 tsp. Soda;
● a pinch of salt;
● oil for greasing the baking tray.

Cookies Italian with jam:

Cut the fork with margarine. Whisk the egg with sugar, add margarine, soda and a pinch of salt. Gradually add flour.
Knead the dough, undress it in half. Roll out the rectangle according to the size of the baking sheet, smear it with jam.
Pass the rest of the dough through a meat grinder and lay it on top of the jam. Bake biscuits 15 minutes before a ruddy crust at a temperature of 180 degrees.
