Italian honey biscuits


● 2 eggs;
● 1 glass of sugar;
● 1 cup of flour (with a slide);
● 2 tbsp. L. Honey;
● 1 tsp. Vanillin;
● 1 tsp. Baking powder;
● vegetable oil.

Preparation of Italian honey biscuits:

Whisk eggs with sugar, add vanillin and honey to them. Stir the mass and add a little vegetable oil. The dough should look slightly greasy to the touch.

Grease with a vegetable oil pan, cut out the circles and put them to bake for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. In the dough, if desired, you can add nuts and dried fruits.
