Julien in the tartlets at home


— Chicken breast (boiled) — 400 g
-Champignons (fresh) — 400 g
-A large bowl — 2 pcs.
-Syr (creamy, not very hard) — 300 g
-Cream (20%) — 500 ml
— Wheat Flour — 2 tbsp. L.


1. Mushrooms, onion, breast cut finely — and fry until evaporation of excess liquid.
2. Add the cream and slowly enter the flour — to thicken.
3. Expand on the tartlets.
4. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top and bake in the oven until a crust is formed (10-15 minutes).
