Kish with turkey and mushrooms

Dough:

Flour — 200 g.
Butter (cold!) — 100 g.
Salt — pinch
Icy water — 2 tbsp.

Filling:

Turkey — 200 g.
Mushrooms — 200 g.
Bulb — 1 pc.
Vegetable oil — 2 tbsp.

Fill:

Eggs — 2 pcs.
Cream (10%, can be 20%) — 100-150 ml.
Cheese — 50 g

Preparation:

1. For the test, mix all the ingredients, except water, chop into crumbs. Adding 1 tbsp each. Ice water, knead the dough into a ball, distribute it in shape, form the sides, send it to the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. (While we are preparing the filling)

2. Fry the cut onion, turkey and mushrooms for the filling with olive oil. We chop everything.

3. Put the filling in the mold and put in the oven, bake at 180 * 15 minutes.

4. For filling, mix eggs and cream, salt, pepper, pour the cake, sprinkle with grated cheese on top (optional, but I love with cheese) and bake for 15 minutes.
