Dlya kuritsy:

2 bol’shiye kurinyye grudki (narezat’ na nebol’shiye kusochki);
3 yaytsa;
2 chaynoy lozhki chesnochnoy soli (pripravy);
chaynaya lozhka lyubogo ostrogo sousa (naprimer, tobasko);
1 chashka muki;
0.5 chaynoy lozhki pertsa;

Dlya sousa:

polchashki mayoneza;
4-5 stolovykh lozhek ostro-sladkogo sousa;
tsedra poloviny apel’sina;
polchashki apel’sinovogo soka (mozhno vyzhat’ svezhiy pryamo iz apel’sina);
zelenyy luk dlya ukrasheniya.

Prigotovleniye Kuritsa v apel’sinovom souse:

Razogret’ dukhovku do 180°. Narezat’ kurinuyu grudku na portsionnyye kusochki, primerno po 3 sm.
V glubokoy miske smeshat’ tri yaytsa, chaynuyu lozhku chesnochnoy soli i nemnogo ostrogo sousa.
Dobavit’ v smes’ kusochki kuritsy i khorosho vse peremeshat’.
V ploskoy tarelke smeshat’ muku, ostavshuyusya chesnochnuyu sol’ i nemnogo chernogo pertsa.

Obvalyat’ kazhdyy kusochek kuritsy v muke i vylozhit’ na fol’gu. Pri zhelanii, vmesto zapekaniya v dukhovke, kuritsu mozhno prosto pozharit’ na skovorode.
Vypekat’ grudki primerno 15 minut pri 180°. Postavit’ ikh pod gril’ minut na pyat’, chtoby zarumyanit’.

Kak tol’ko sous zagusteyet do zhelayemoy konsistentsii, vyklyuchit’ plitu i dobavit’ rublenyy zelenyy luk (mozhno ispol’zovat’ lyubuyu zelen’, po vashemu vkusu)
