Lasagne with cheese


9 sheets of dough
400 grams of meat (minced beef)
100 g of onion
2 cloves of garlic
300 g of tomatoes (I have cut tomatoes from Stokemann)

400 ml of milk
30 g of oil
1 tbsp flour
salt pepper
200 g of cheese

Preparation of Lasagne with cheese:

1. Onion and garlic finely chop.Ozhzharit in oil for a minute 3. Add minced meat and fry until cooked. 20 minutes.

2. Peel the tomatoes and cut them. If such as I have then just grind.

3. Add tomatoes, as well as salt, pepper. I also added dried oregano-1 tsp.

Consistency should be like liquid sour cream. It is better to turn off a little earlier, because the bottom will still be hot. Stir until the sauce is cool.

5. Grate the cheese. Lay out 3 sheets, put half the meat, 1/3 sauce and 1/3 cheese. So do the second layer. Cover with lasagne sheets and grease with sauce.

6. Stove for 20 minutes at 200 gr. Get out of the oven, sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 20 minutes.
