Lavash homemade baked in the oven

Ingredients:

Thin lavash
Meat or any products from it to your taste
hard cheese
a tomato
Bulgarian pepper
Any greens for your taste
Mayonnaise or sour cream
Tomato sauce
spice

Preparation:

1.Lavash spread with a mixture of mayonnaise and tomato sauce (for opponents of mayonnaise you can use sour cream, I tried to get equally delicious)

2.Syr rubbed on grater and put on lavash
Meat or meat products (I had sardles pre-cooked) cut into long slabs, put on lavash
Tomatoes cut into wedges, put on lavash
Bulgarian pepper (it can be taken more I had one small peppercorn, but do not spoil pepper lavash) finely chopped, put on lavash

3. Green onion and cut any greens and pita bread

4. Pepper to add any spices to your taste
Roll with a roll
Top spread with mayonnaise or sour cream
Put in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes before a ruddy crust.
