Layered apple pie (Cooking quickly and easily)


1 cup of sugar
4 egg yolks
3 tablespoons sour cream
600 g of flour
250 g unsalted butter
3 teaspoons baking powder
2 kg of apples
½ cup of sugar
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tsp. Cinnamon
Powdered sugar, for sprinkling

Preparation Puff apple pie:

Preheat the oven to 180C. Prepare 3 baking trays (21×26 cm).
Mix flour with sugar and baking powder. Strain yolks, sour cream and butter.

Mix the dough with your hands. Divide it into 3 parts, each wrap in a food film and put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Then remove, roll out each part and lay out, stretching, on a baking tray.
Bake for about 20 minutes.

Cool down.

Peel and finely slice the apples. Put them in a large saucepan, add sugar, cinnamon and zest. Pour 5 tablespoons of cold water and cook until smooth.

Cool cooled cakes with chilled apple sauce. Top with plenty of powdered sugar.
