Lazy cabbage rolls without a drop of fat


350 grams of minced meat from chicken breast (1 large)
The fifth part of the average cabbage cabbage (130 g.)
a third of a glass of rice (70 g.)
1 egg
100 g. 15% of sour cream
300 g of canned tomatoes in own juice
Half-baked dill
Half-baked parsley


1. Rice put in a pan, pour it with water so that it covers it by 1.5 cm. Cook until rice absorbs water.

2. Scroll the chicken breast fillet through the meat grinder.

3. Cut the cabbage.

4. Mix well in a bowl of minced meat, cabbage, rice, egg. Then season with salt.

5. Blind from the resulting minced small round cutlets and put them in a frying pan with high sides.

6. For the sauce, mix 300g in a blender. tomatoes in their own juice and 100 grams of sour cream. Then add the finely chopped greens and salt.

7. Season with tomato sauce stuffed cabbage, cover the frying pan with a lid and simmer for 30 minutes.
