Lazy dumplings


● 350-400 gr.
● 2 eggs,
● 100 gr. Of warm water,
● 1 tablespoon. Vegetable oil,
● a pinch of salt

Minced meat:
● 500 gr of pork,
● 300 g of beef,
● 2 onions
● salt,
● pepper.


● paprika-1pc (small),
● 1 large onion,
● 3-4 tomatoes,
● 2-3 teeth,
● 1 teaspoon of sugars,
● salt, pepper, spices, herbs.

I will notice that it is not necessary to cook the sauce — you can cook, as usual, in water, and then pour sour cream or ketchup, or mayonnaise, you can sprinkle with vinegar and sprinkle with pepper.


We knead the dough from flour, eggs, water, and grows oils and salts. Cover with a wet towel and let it stand for about an hour.

We pass the meat through the meat grinder, add salt and pepper.

Onions finely chop, fry in vegetable oil, chill, add to the stuffing, drive in the egg and mix the stuffing well.

Cut finely onions, paprika and lightly fry.

Then add the tomato cut into pieces and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the chopped garlic, chopped greens, salt, sugar, spices, bring to a boil and turn off.

Sprinkle the table with flour and roll out our dough.
From above put on the dough forcemeat and roll into a roll.

Cut the roll into pieces, about 5 cm wide.
Each piece of tear from one end, you get a rose.

We put our «roses» in shape, at some distance from each other.

In vegetable sauce, add about a glass of boiling water and until the salt to taste.
Fill our «rosettes» with hot sauce, distribute the vegetables neatly between the rolls.

We put in a preheated oven to 200 degrees, and simmer for about 30-40 minutes.

Serve with sour cream and herbs.
