Lenten pizza with tomatoes


400 g of flour;
40 ml of vegetable oil;
1/2 tsp. salts;
20 g fresh yeast;
240 ml of warm water.

For sauce to pizza:
300 ml canned tomatoes;
1 onion;
2 cloves garlic.


From these ingredients, knead the soft dough so that it does not stick to your hands, cover with a towel and put it in a warm place to fit.

For onion sauce and garlic, peel, finely chop and fry in vegetable oil. With tomatoes, drain the juice, chop, add to garlic and onions and stew for 3-5 minutes.

Justify the dough that came up, roll it into a circle, grease it with the sauce, put it on a baking sheet lubricated with vegetable oil, and bake in an oven heated to 200 ° C for about 15 minutes.

Despite the simplicity, the taste of lean pizza with tomatoes is gorgeous. Try it!
