Light cookie cake

A simple and very light cake made from a square cookie surprises with its simplicity and beauty. As for the design of the cake, it is necessary to think individually, that is, for your understanding. And I suggest, according to this recipe, act and enjoy the taste.


Cookies are square — 24 pcs.
Milk — 0.6 stack.
Cottage cheese — 250 g
Sour cream — 4 tbsp. L.
Sugar — 3-4 tbsp. L.
Butter — 2-3 tbsp. L.
Lemon zest — 2 tsp.
Strawberry (fresh or compote) — to taste


1. Connect the cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, butter and lemon zest. Stir well or pour in a blender until smooth.
2. Each biscuit dip into milk and lay out an even layer of 6 pieces. Put on a tablespoon of curd cream. Repeat 3 more layers of cookies and cream.
3. Cover the top and sides of the cake with curd cream.
4. Decorate with fruits or berries, for example, strawberry from compote, lemon zest, basil leaves.
