Liver in cheese sauce


● Chicken liver (liver) — 500 g
● Bulb — 1 piece.
● Melted cheese in a can — 400 g
● Salt — to taste
● Pepper — to taste
● Bay leaf
● Boiled water — ½ cup


1. Cut the onions into half rings and large cubes. Fry it in vegetable oil until golden brown.
2. Pre-cut liver into pieces (size the pieces yourself) add to the pan. Fry for 5 minutes. I cut into small pieces for my daughter. With the liver of the liver, too tasty it turned out, this cheese sauce concealed the taste of the liver.
3. Add all the melted cheese to the liver and onions. Let’s disperse to the liquid state, constantly stirring with a spoon. Add water. Cheese can take any, from it curls a shade of taste of a dish.
4. Salt and pepper to taste, add bay leaf. Let’s cook for 15 minutes on low heat.

Serve with mashed potatoes and onions.
