Magic cake


Butter — 150 g
Baking Powder — 1 tsp.
Egg — 2 pcs.
Vanilla — to taste
Lemon — 0,5 pcs.
Sour cream 150 g
Chocolate — 100 g
Sugar sand — 0,75 stack.
Coconut shaving — 0,75 stack.
Poppy — 0.75 stack.
Flour wheaten — 0,75 stack.

1. Oil (100 grams) put in a bowl and melt in a microwave oven, pour poppy seeds. We add coconut shaving. For flavor, pour some vanilla, add the sugar.
2. Drive 2 chicken eggs.
3. Add the sour cream (15% fat content) to the ingredients in the bowl.
4. We sift the wheat flour in advance, so that the baking is more light and airy, mix it with the baking powder and add it to the bowl.
5. Lemon washing and rubbing the grated zest, pour it into a bowl.
6. Mix the mass well, so that there are no lumps, until a uniform consistency is obtained.
7. Pour the dough into a baking dish and send it to the oven heated up to 180ºC for 30-40 minutes.
8. We take the cake from the oven and transfer it to the plate, we cool it a little.
9. We put the remaining 50 grams of oil in a bowl, break the black chocolate and add it to the oil, send it to the microwave and melt it, mix it.
10. Lubricate the resulting mass of the top of the cake and sprinkle with coconut shavings. We send the cake for 10 minutes in the refrigerator to freeze the chocolate.
