Mamin rassolnik

You will need:

3-4 salted cucumber,
300-400 gr. Meat,
1 carrot,
1 onion,
6 potatoes,
3 tablespoons Rice and a glass of brine.

First you need to boil the broth, but before that, clean the cucumbers from the skins. Mix in a boiling water for 3-4 minutes.

Then pull out, rinse in a colander and pour fresh water, add salt, black pepper (ground or peas, at your choice), bay leaf and bring to a boil. After that, make a small fire and cook for 30-40 minutes. Then add carrots, onion and cook for another 30 minutes.

Lastly, add skins from the cucumbers we peeled and cook for 15-20 minutes. Peel the cucumbers on a large grater. Stir the broth through a colander in a large saucepan.

Meat from broth to get and cool. Filtered broth to return to the fire. Meat from the broth to get and cut into cubes of the size you like. We cut onions together with carrots. Cut the potatoes into cubes. Mash fry in oil until golden brown.

We put meat to the carrot and lightly fry. To slightly fried meat, add the onion. When the vegetables lightly brown, add garlic and 1/3 grated cucumber. You can also add half a glass of brine from the jar. Put the vegetables in the brine on a small fire for no more than 7 minutes.

Now add to the broth of standing water and bring to a boil. Fall asleep washed rice. After 5 minutes we send the same potatoes. After 10 minutes grated cucumbers, and at the first sign of boiling — roasting. After 20 minutes turn off the plate and let the soup brew for 30 minutes.
