Ingredients:

Milk — 100 ml
Water — 100 ml
Salt — 1/3 tsp.
Sugar — 1 tbsp. L.
Semolina — 60 g
Egg — 1 pc.
Breadcrumbs
Sunflower oil for frying

Preparation:

1. Milk is mixed with water. You can, of course, cook manicures and only on one milk without adding water. Then the taste of them will be more creamy. But with water you get a dietary option.
2. We dilute the milk diluted with water to the stove. Add salt and sugar.
3. When the milk begins to boil, pour a semolina in a thin trickle into a saucepan.
4. Cook the semolina porridge, stirring occasionally so that no lumps form. Porridge should get very thick. Cool it down.
5. Whisk the egg in a separate bowl with a whisk.
6. Pour the beaten egg into semolina porridge. It is important that the porridge is already cooled, otherwise the egg can «cook».
7. Mix well until the mixture is homogeneous.
8. You can use purchased breadcrumbs. And you can make them yourself. To do this, rub a stale white loaf on the grandson. It turns out small chips.
9. We roll a ball out of the manna mixture and crumble it in breadcrumbs.
10. At the same time, we form round «cutlets» in shape.
11. On sunflower oil fry manicure.
12. Fry on each side. It will be enough 2? -3 minutes to form a delicious crust. Longer frying is not necessary, since the manna mixture was already ready, and «grab» you need only an egg.
13. We serve manicure with jam, sour cream or jelly.
