Marble roll from chicken

INGREDIENTS

Ham chicken 700 g
Chicken breast 500 g
2-3 cloves garlic
Dill 1 bunch
Hops-suneli 1 tsp
Gelatine 30 g
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

COOKING PROCESS

Prepare the ingredients.

With chicken legs remove the skin, separate the meat from the bones and cut. Chicken breast, too, cut and folded into a bowl.

Garlic and dill finely chopped. Salt, pepper, add hops-suneli and gelatin.

All mix well.

In the sleeve for baking, add the resulting mass, shaping the roulette. The edges of the sleeves are securely fixed, from above make a few punctures with a toothpick. Put the roll in a preheated oven to 180 degrees. Bake for 45 minutes.

Let the roulette cool down. Fix it once more and put it in the refrigerator for a day.

Take the roll from the refrigerator.

Beautifully chopped.
