1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Pour a little more than half the water into the pan, put the fillets and cook for 20 minutes, remembering to remove the foam.
3. Cut meat and sausage products into strips, sausages — slices.
4. Also cut the salted cucumber with straws.
5. If the sausage is oily, you can lightly fry it before placing it in a saucepan.
6. Remove the meat and cut it into small pieces. Put it back in the pan. Add the sauteed sausage. At this point, you should add a handful of rice or potatoes (optional).
7. Finely chop the onions and grate the carrots.
8. Lay the onion in a frying pan and fry until golden. Add the carrots, after a couple of minutes, add tomato paste and finely chopped garlic. Fry for about 5 minutes.
9. Add cucumber and sliced ​​olives to the hodgepodge, pour half a glass of cucumber brine.
You can add a little capers.
10. Salt and pepper to taste. Cut the greens finely and add to the hodgepodge. Boil for another 5 minutes, then cover and let «brew». In the bowl, when serving, add a slice of lemon and a spoonful of sour cream.
