Meatballs in tomato and sour cream sauce

Ingredients

500 g minced meat
100 g of rice
bun
milk
sauce:

350 grams of ketchup or tomato paste (not acidic)
350 g sour cream
salt
pepper

Preparation of Meatballs in tomato and sour cream sauce:

Rice boil until cooked.
Soak the bun in milk.
Bread a little squeeze, mix with minced meat.
Add rice, salt, pepper, mix.
For sauce, mix ketchup and sour cream.
If the sauce is too thick, you can add a little boiled water.
From mincemeat to make small meatballs.
Put them in a baking dish.
Pour the sauce.
Put in the oven.
Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
