Eggplant frozen — 250 g
Mozzarella — 2 pcs.
Tomato — 150 g
Parmesan — 50 g
Puff pastry without beetroot — 1 package
Salt — to taste


1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Cut the Mozzarella cheese, eggplants (do not defrost them beforehand!), Tomatoes, and chop Parmesan cheese.
3. Mix all the ingredients, add a little salt to taste. In the form put the puff pastry and pierce it with a fork on the bottom. Lay out all the ingredients, pre-mixed, on the puff pastry, sprinkle with olive oil.
4. Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for about 20-25 minutes.
