Mexican tortillas

Ingredients:

● 500 g of boiled potatoes
● 150 g of flour
● 1 egg
● 100 grams of ham
● 100 grams of hard cheese
● salt, pepper to taste
● vegetable oil for roasting

Preparation:

Boil the potatoes, cook the mashed potatoes, add flour and egg to it. From the prepared dough, lay a cake and lay it on a greased frying pan. Put the filling on top of the cake, top it with a second potato cake. Fry the Mexican cake from each side until the ruddy Korochka.

Podavay dish hot, very tasty with sour cream and fresh herbs.
