Mimosa salad


— 200 grams of canned in fish oil (best saury)
— 300 g of potatoes
— 200 g of carrots
— 150 g of onion
— 4 eggs
— salt
— mayonnaise


The taste of this salad is associated with my childhood.
For many holidays we prepared this salad, and it is for this recipe, although the variations of salad preparation are a great variety.

Tried and other recipes of «Mimosa», but always returned to this.
Salad turns gentle, hearty.
From this amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

1. Boil potatoes and carrots until cooked.
Cool, clean.

2. Finely chop onion.

3. Pour it with boiling water, leave for 10 minutes, then drain the water, rinse onion in cold water (this is done so that the onion is not bitter). 4. Grate the carrots on a fine grater.

5. Grate the potatoes on a fine grater.

6. Separate the proteins from the yolks.
Squirrels grate on a fine grater.

7. Grate the yolks on a fine grater.

8. From the fish, drain the oil, and knead the fish with a fork.

9. At the bottom of the salad bowl put the fish, grease with mayonnaise.

10. Put the squirrels on the fish, apply a little mayonnaise.

11. Put the carrots on squirrels, grease with mayonnaise.

12. Put the onion on the carrots.

13. Put the potatoes on the onions, add salt and grease slightly with mayonnaise.

14. Put the yolks on the potatoes, do not lubricate.
