Mushroom cutlets

An excellent mushroom treat for the whole family, as well as cutlets are very tasty and hearty. And most importantly, mushroom cutlets are ideal for any additive from mackerel products and mashed potatoes. It is possible to try even for salads from greenery.


· 1 kilogram of any mushrooms
· 2 heads of onions
· 4 eggs
· 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
· 4 tbsp. tablespoons sunflower oil
· ground black pepper
· Salt to taste


Wash fresh mushrooms, peel, cut them finely and boil them in salted water, then swing them into a colander. Add to the mushrooms raw eggs, chopped onions, 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, black ground pepper, salt and mix well.

From the prepared mushroom stuffing, make cutlets, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry over the heated sunflower oil for 10 minutes.
