Mushroom pie in the oven (Cooking at home)


Flour 250 gr
Salt — 1 tsp.
Butter — 255 g
Cold water — 60 ml


Vegetable oil — 1 tbsp. L.
Mushrooms — 950 g
Salt, ground pepper — to taste
Butter — 1 tbsp. L.
Green onions — 2 pcs.
Thyme — 1 tbsp. L.
Grated cheese — 70 g
Milk — 475 ml
Fat cream — 475 ml
Egg — 6 pcs.
Nutmeg — to taste

Preparation Mushroom pie in the oven:

1. In a mixer mix a glass of flour with salt. At low speed, gradually add butter, then pour the rest of the flour and cold water. Stir all to a homogeneous mass. Dough wrap in food film and press to get a flat disc. Put in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

2. Shape the pie with removable walls with butter and cover with baking paper.

3. Roll thinly the dough on a thoroughly floured surface. Transfer the dough into the mold by making a dough out of the dough. In this form put the form with the test in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

4. Heat the oven to 160 ° C. Cover the dough with baking paper and top with a weighting agent, such as beans or dry peas, rice. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown. Gently pull out rice or beans (depending on what was used) and paper. Cool the base. Do not turn off the oven.

5. For the filling: heat oil in a large frying pan. Lay the chopped mushrooms, sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook for about 5 minutes until the mushrooms begin to soften. Reduce the heat to medium, place butter, sliced ​​onions and thyme and, stirring, cook for about
12 minutes until the mushrooms are ready. Recoat and pepper again. Cool down.

6. Lay a third of the cheese and half of the mushrooms on the bottom of the cooled base. In a blender, whip milk, cream, eggs, 1.5 teaspoons of salt, a couple of peas and a pinch of nutmeg to a homogeneous mass. Pour half the mixture of mushrooms. Close another third cheese and the rest of the mushrooms. Pour the second half of the milk mixture and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

7. Bake for about 1.5 hours. Cool down. Remove the cake from the mold and transfer it to the dish.
