Mushroom salad with cheese

INGREDIENTS:

● 350-400 g of fresh champignons;
● 1 onion bulb;
● oil for roasting;
● 150 grams of hard cheese;
● 1 can of canned corn;
● salt and pepper to taste;
● dressing — mayonnaise.

PREPARATION:

Wash the mushrooms, dry with a paper towel and cut into neat plates. Onions cut into cubes. Preheat a little sunflower or olive oil in a frying pan and fry the onions until soft, and then mushrooms, stirring constantly.

In the salad bowl, roast the fried mushrooms, add salt and pepper them to taste.

Add the corn, season with mayonnaise and mix. A delicious salad with mushrooms and corn is ready.
