Mushrooms in Korean

It will take:

1 kg of mushrooms,
2 large carrots,
2 onions,
2-3 cloves of garlic,
2 tablespoons Sugar (without a slide),
4 tablespoons Table vinegar,
1 tsp. Salt (with a slide),
100 g of oil (vegetable),
For 1 tsp. Ground black and red pepper.

Cooking Mushrooms in Korean:

Boil washed oysters in salted water for 10 minutes. We merge the water, we cut the oyster mushrooms.

Peeled carrots rub on a Korean grater, chop the onions into thin half rings, cut small pieces of garlic.

Add the salt, sugar, vinegar, vegetable oil, red and black pepper to the mushrooms, then mix with carrots, onions and garlic.

All the ingredients are thoroughly mixed and insisted under the oppression in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

You can not put under pressure — in half a day they are very tasty.
