Nourishing pie Chicken-mushroom julienne

Easy to prepare and delicious dish with a beautiful name. On the table, a pie with the taste of this julienne looks very impressive, and the classic combination of mushrooms and sour cream never fails.

Ingredients for the dough:

— 1 cup of flour
— 1 egg
— 120 g butter butter
— 50 g of cheese
— salt — pinch

For filling:

— 500 g of mushrooms
— 1 chicken breast
— 150 g of sour cream
— 150 g of cream
— 1 tablespoon of flour or starch
— 1 onion
— 150 g of cheese
— greens, salt, pepper


For the test:

Mix the flour and softened butter. We break the egg, add grated cheese and salt.

Thoroughly knead the dough. It turns out soft and elastic.
The dough is wrapped in film and sent to the refrigerator for half an hour.

Chop onion finely and fry in a pan until golden brown.
Frozen mushrooms are thawed in the microwave. Remove excess water and send to the onion in a frying pan.
Chicken breast cook, finely cut and add to our onions and mushrooms to fry.
Mix sour cream — cream, salt.
Add our mixture to the frying pan. Add flour and stew for a couple of minutes before thickening.

We take the form, we lubricate with oil. We lay the test with our form.
Preheat the oven to 180 C. Send the dough into the oven for 15 minutes to dry.

We get out and put our stuffing on the dough.

Grate gratefully with grated cheese.

We send to the oven for another 25-30 minutes.
