Okroshka on sour cream


Dill — 1 bunch
Water — 200 ml
Sour cream — 3 tbsp. l.
Mustard — 10 g
Potatoes — 3 pcs.
Green onion — 1 beam
Sausage — 50 g
Cucumbers — 1 pc.
Eggs — 1 pc.


1. As for ordinary okroshka, boil potatoes and eggs beforehand. Prepare fresh cucumbers and greens.

2. We cut the boiled potatoes with small cubes. Eggs also grind. Cubes chop the cucumber, it can be cleaned beforehand. In addition, cut the smoked sausage and ham.

3. Very finely chop the feathers of green onions and dill. Also we will mix mustard with egg yolk and while we will put some sour cream warm.

4. In a bowl, mix the cut ingredients with herbs. We put in the plate as much mixture as necessary. Separately mix sour cream and boiled water, which you need to cool a little. After pour the water with sour cream into a bowl and season with okroshu mustard with yolk.
