Ingredients for the dough:

Milk — 2 cups;
Flour — 1 glass;
Sugar — 1 spoonful;
Salt — ¼ teaspoon;

First of all, we prepare the dough for pancakes. We beat the eggs in a blender, we add milk to them, slightly warm, again whisk. Then pour the melted margarine, pour salt and sugar. Pour the flour a little, whisk. We leave the dough for a while.

Ingredients for filling:
500 g raw minced meat
2-3 medium bulbs
Ready mashed potatoes (4-5 medium potatoes)
2-3 cloves of garlic
salt

Preparation:

Cooking stuffing. To do this, minced meat, add finely chopped onion and garlic. In the end, add mashed potatoes, salt, pepper and a couple of minutes fry over medium heat. We spread the pancakes with minced meat and add it to the baking dish, turning off each pancake with a snail, in a circle.
Ingredients for pouring:
2-3 eggs
2-3 tablespoons flour
4-5 tablespoons of sour cream
17 g milk
salt
We prepare the fill. Mix the flour, eggs, sour cream and milk, lightly salt, to get a not very thick dough and pour the top pancakes. We put the cake to bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees, about 30 minutes.
