Pancakes with curd cheese freebies

For 8 servings you need:
Dough
140 g of flour
2 eggs
1 yolk
1/2 packet of vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
250 ml of milk
Gt; Oil for frying pancakes

Filling
50 g of draining. Oils
30 g sah. Powders
½ bag of vanilla sugar
Lemon peel
3 protein
3 yolks
125 ml of sour cream
250 g cottage cheese (10%)
40 g of sugar
30 g raisins

Gravy
125 ml of milk
1 egg
1 yolk
30 g of sugar
3 tablespoons Sour cream

Prepare the dough: mix a little milk, egg, yolk, flour, salt and vanilla sugar, stir so that there are no lumps. Introduce the rest of the milk, the dough should have a fairly fluid consistency. Leave for 20 minutes, and then bake pancakes (I got 8 pieces).

Mix the oil with powder, vanilla sugar and zest, and beat. Add yolks, sour cream and grated cottage cheese. Whip the whites with sugar, combine with the cottage cheese, add the raisins. Pancakes to grease the filling (it is fairly fluid, but when baking grabs), roll into a tube, cut in half and put in oiled form cuts up like a tile. Heat the oven to 180C. Set the pancakes to bake for 10 minutes.

During this time, prepare the filling: mix all ingredients and shake. Pour the pancakes and bake for another 15 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
