How to cook pancakes with cottage cheese?

Perhaps, these are my favorite pancakes — thin, elastic, with a delicate curd filling.


Wheat Flour — 250 g
Milk — 500 ml
Eggs of chicken — 3 pcs.
Sugar-sand — 60 g
Salt — ¼ tsp.
Vegetable oil — 45 ml
Cottage cheese 5-9% fat content — 400 g
Cottage cheese weight — 400 g
Egg yolk — 3 pcs.
Butter — 60 g


1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. In a bowl, sift the flour, add eggs, salt, sugar and half of the milk.

3. Stir well, add the remaining milk and vegetable oil, mix until homogeneous.

4. Bake delicate pancakes, frying only on one side.

5. Fold the finished pancakes with a stack of toasted side up.

6. For the filling, mix cottage cheese with curd paste, add yolks and softened butter. Mix well.

7. For each pancake put on a tablespoon of filling.

8. Collapse the envelopes (or rolls, or triangles).

9. Fry on one side on a small fire, then turn, cover and cook for 4-5 minutes, so that the filling is well warmed up.
