Pancakes with meat at home

Ingredients:

For the test:
— 2 cups of milk
— 2 eggs
— 1.5 cups of flour
— 1 tablespoon of sugar
For filling:
— 250 g minced meat
— 1/2 onion
— pepper
— salt to taste
— 1 tablespoon of sour cream
— vegetable oil

Preparation:

To prepare the dough mix milk, flour, eggs, salt, sugar until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Fry pancakes in a skillet in sunflower oil over medium heat.

For minced meat, finely chop the onion. Mince fry along with onions, salt, pepper to taste. Then twist on the meat grinder.

In the finished pancakes wrap the finished meat filling. Finished pancakes stuffed with fried on both sides in vegetable oil.

Before serving, put sour cream on the plate.
