Patties with eggs and ham


Puff pastry 500 g
Butter 15 g
Chicken egg 7 pcs.
Dill 0.5 tsp.
Salt 0.5 tsp.
Pepper black ground 0,5 tsp.
Ham 240 g
Flour 2 tbsp. L.
Cheddar 120 g

Preparation of Patty with eggs and ham:

Take the dough from the refrigerator in about 1 hour to thaw.
Heat the oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating and put 6 eggs and dill into it. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the diced ham and fry. Set aside.
Dough the dough on a work surface, lightly sprinkled with flour, and roll it lightly.

Cut into 4 pieces.
Put a little eggs and ham into the corner of each square of the dough.

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of grated cheese.
Moisten fingers in water and soak dough edges. Collapse the squares in half with triangles. Clamp the edges with a fork.

Beat the egg and grease them with the surface of the patties.
Preheat the oven to 200C.

Bake pies (4 pieces) on a baking sheet covered with parchment, 18-20 minutes, until browned.
