Pie Napoleon

Hot «Napoleon» with potato-mushroom cream

1 package puff unleavened dough
4 small potatoes
150 ml of cream (the fatter the better)
1 large onion
100 grams of cheese
300 gr of mushrooms
bunch of greens
salt, pepper,
2 tbsp. vegetable oil


1. Boil potatoes
2. Onion cut into half rings and fry for 2-3 minutes in vegetable oil. Add the mushrooms and fry all together until all the water has evaporated.
3. Potatoes mash into a puree with the addition of hot cream.
4. Mix mushroom and potato pulp. Add fresh herbs, finely chopped, salt and pepper. Mix well! All the stuffing is ready.
5. Roll the dough into a thin layer and cut into 3 or 4 rectangles! Put on a baking sheet for 2 layer of dough and bake at 200 degrees for 12 minutes, they should be slightly browned.
6. In a pan put 1 cake, coat it with cream. Sprinkle with grated cheese…So put all layers from the top is the cake. It will not coat, but just sprinkle with cheese!
7. Bake for another 5 minutes at the same temperature.
