Pie Nezhenka (Cooking at home)


— 5 green apples
— 1.5 cups of flour
— 1 glass of yogurt
— 150 g of butter
— 1 egg
— baking powder

To fill
— 200 g of sour cream
— 2 eggs
— 200 g of sugar
2 tablespoons flour


1. Beat the egg with sugar, add yogurt, softened butter, baking powder and flour.

2. Mix in a homogeneous mass and, making a small side, put into a form, pre-lubricated with butter and sprinkled with flour or breadcrumbs, as you like.

3. Peel apples, cut into thin leaves and lay them over the entire surface of the dough into a mold.

Lightly beat the sour cream, 2 yolks and
100 gr. sugar with flour.

5. Separately whisk the proteins with the remaining sugar. We introduce proteins into sour cream and mix everything with a blender.

6. Fill the apples with the resulting filling and sprinkle on top with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.

7. Bake cake 45 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
