Pie with chicken and potatoes

The perfect combination! The dough is deliciously tender, but at the same time crispy, filling … the filling can not simply be described in words. So it’s delicious! Thus, now I can say with absolute certainty that unsweetened pies are no worse than sweet ones!

On the form of 20-23 cm:
Flour 250 gr
Sour cream — 1 tbsp.
Butter — 90 g
Eggs — 1 pc.
Salt — 0.5 tsp.

Potatoes (large) — 3 pcs.
Chicken meat — 300 g
Onions — 1 pc.
Salt — pinch

Eggs — 2 pcs.
Sour cream — 50 g
Milk — 50 ml
Salt — pinch
Red pepper (ground) — pinch
Nutmeg — 0.25 tsp.
Greenery — 1 tbsp.

1. For the dough, chop the flour with chilled (but not very hard) oil.
2. Make a groove in the flour. Add the egg, sour cream, salt to it. Knead the dough.
3. Turn the dough into food film and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
4. For the filling, cook the peeled potatoes and meat.
5. Cut the potatoes into cubes and meat into small pieces.
6. Peel onion, finely chop and fry on a drop of vegetable oil until golden.
7. Mix salt, potatoes, meat, onions.
8. For filling, whip egg whites, sour cream, milk, salt, pepper, nutmeg and greens.
9. Lubricate the form with oil, cover with parchment paper. Distribute the dough in it, making high sides.
10. Put the filling on the dough. Add the fill to the top.
11. The oven is preheated to 180 degrees oven for 40-45 minutes. The test is determined by a wooden skewer.
